Selling your home can be a stressful and emotional undertaking; factors that motivate the sale of a family home run the gamut from joyful ones to any number of distressing reasons. This begins with relevant market research and an assessment of your home to establish a price that realistically reflects its marketable value, in conjunction with its value to you, and your selling timetable.

Conditions of sale are established and the property is then placed on the market and promoted to potential buyers. It is my job to assist you during this process, and to provide the necessary consultation and advice regarding offers and counter offers through to the completion of the sale.
